I am really pleased to be collaborating with Deva again. One of the things I value most about running Cold Spring is the ability to bring in the right people at the right moment — specialists whose craft, values, and way of working align with the clarity‑in‑complexity approach that sits at the heart of what I do. So I’m genuinely pleased to welcome Deva into the wider Cold Spring network of collaborators.
Deva is an exceptional People Development leader, coach, and learning design specialist. Her work sits at the intersection of organisational development, technology, HR, and coaching — and she brings a thoughtful, people‑centred approach to capability building that complements Cold Spring’s focus on strategic clarity and human‑centred transformation.
Across finance, healthcare, education, and technology, she has designed and led learning experiences that genuinely shift performance, confidence, and culture. What I’ve always appreciated is her instinct for creating inclusive, psychologically safe environments where people feel able to stretch, experiment, and grow. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for how adults learn.
Beyond her professional practice, Deva mentors emerging talent, contributes to the learning technology community as a CMALT Assessor, and supports wellbeing and leadership development through coaching. Her passion for lifelong learning, digital capability, and helping people build resilience and confidence aligns beautifully with the way Cold Spring helps organisations evolve — not through noise or complexity, but through clarity, structure, and meaningful human connection.
Deva is someone I trust deeply, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to work together once more.
